The Eastern Cape Provincial Government congratulates all winners at the Batho Pele Service Excellence Awards, which were held at East London International Convention Centre recently.
"These are patriotic, hard working and committed individuals, who are selfless in what they do. They are continuously willing to go beyond the call of duty in fulfilling the Government mandate" premier said
"May their positive energy transfer to the rest of the public service" he added
