Following the successful delivery of the State of the Province address, Eastern Cape Premier, Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane - joined by his members of the executive committee (MECs) embarked on a business breakfast engagement. The session took place at the East London Convention Centre (ICC) recently. This is part of the provincial government s stated objective to pursue strategic partnerships towards enhancing inclusive governance through citizen empowerment and stakeholder participatory programmes.
On behalf of the Eastern Cape Provincial Government (ECPG), Premier Mabuyane, together with financial services corporation, Old Mutual, also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) - formalizing a long-term relationship which has seen the company contributing in various community development initiatives across various sectors in the province.
