Eastern Cape Premier, Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane recently paid a courtesy visit to His Majesty, King Ahlangene Sigcau Ah! Vulikhaya”, at Nqadu Great Place. This is the first visit by the Premier to King Sigcau.

President Cyril Ramaphosa issued a formal certificate recognising His Majesty, King Sigcau, who ascended to the throne following the death of his brother, King Mpendulo Sigcau in November 2019.

Premier Mabuyane met with the King, Royal Council and senior Traditional leaders. He was accompanied by the Amathole DM Executive Mayor, Cllr Ndikinda and Mayor of Mbhashe, Cllr Janda.
