Eastern Cape Provincial Government continues to improve people's lives through infrastructure development. Eastern Cape Premier, Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane, together with Public Works and Infrastructure MEC, Babalo Madikizela, led the sod-turning ceremony of a soon-to-be-constructed office precinct at EmaXesibeni in Alfred Nzo District, recently.
The office precinct, which will be completed within seven months, will house provincial and regional Government departments in the area. This will ensure that economic activity is retained within the province. Small businesses will benefit in this R2 billion project and spin-offs such as housing and bigger shopping centres are also anticipated in the near future.
