As the Eastern Cape Provincial Government is still within Transport Month, the Government, led by Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane, has accomplished yet another milestone, when two transport hubs were officially handed over to beneficiaries, both in Libode and Ngqeleni, recently.

This is part of the Small Town Revitilisation (STR) programme, which is led by the Office of the Premier and is in partnership with local municipalities. A landfill site in Libode also formed part of official handovers.

STR is a key programme of the Eastern Cape Provincial Government that is geared towards improving, not only the immediate living conditions of residents, but to create an enabling environment for private investment into the provincial economy to take root.

This is another way to demonstrate that Eastern Cape Province is open for business.
