Nawiz Logistics Solutions, a youth-led logistics company based in Dutywa, Mbhashe Local Muncipality, has received a major boost through the Isiqalo Youth Fund Programme, an initiative aimed at empowering young entrepreneurs and stimulating rural economic growth in the Eastern Cape.
The company received a 4-ton truck and solar panels valued at R1.5 million, a package that will strengthen its operational capacity, sustainability, and competitiveness in the logistics sector. Founder of Nawiz Logistics Solutions, Mr. Sinawo Sidziya, expressed gratitude for the support, saying the investment marks a turning point for his business. This truck is going to open doors for us as we will be able to operate nationally moving forwad,” said Sidziya.
Officiating the handover ceremomy on behalf of Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane, Mbhashe Municipality Mayor Cllr Samkelo Janda expressed appreciation to the Provincial Government for continuing to prioritise youth economic inclusion through initiatives such as the Isiqalo Youth Fund.
