Situated at the Mandla Makapula Leadership Institute in East London, this cutting-edge facility represents a pivotal advancement in the province s ongoing efforts to enhance educational access, quality, and innovation.

The studio is equipped with the latest technology, enabling the delivery of high-quality educational content directly to learners throughout the province. It will broadcast a diverse array of educational programmes, including lessons and tutorials, ensuring that students can access essential educational resources remotely.

This initiative aims to connect 2,000 schools across the Eastern Cape, utilising the expertise of top local educators to provide specialised instruction in critical subjects like mathematics and science. This strategic effort not only seeks to improve pass rates but also to enrich the learning experience in these subjects, aligning with the government s broader goal of integrating digital tools into the educational system.
