Tyali Senior Secondary School in Centane, Eastern Cape has achieved a significant milestone in its pursuit of excellence in education. The school's cutting-edge infrastructure was recently inaugurated by Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane and Education MEC Fundile Gade, marking a new era of learning.

The school's facilities are designed to inspire and empower learners, with several notable features. The three multipurpose centres provide versatile spaces for cultural events, workshops, and community gatherings.

Students can engage in hands-on experiments and scientific exploration in the school's science laboratories. Other amenities include libraries, media centres, dining and nutrition centres, as well as computer rooms to promote digital literacy skills, preparing pupils for the demands of the modern world.

Tyali Senior Secondary School prioritises essential infrastructure such as electricity, fencing, and water tanks, creating a safe and conducive environment for learners.

The handover of this school is symbolic of the Provincial Government's commitment to education. Over the past five years, the government has constructed 98 schools across various districts, representing hope, opportunity, and progress for communities throughout the Eastern Cape.
