The Eastern Cape academic year starts at a positive note, with the announcement of the 77.3% pass rate for the Matric class of 2022. Eastern Cape MEC for Education, Mr Fundile Gade, gave a breakdown of how the province has performed and Eastern Cape Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane commended the class of 2022 for putting the province on the map with such good improvement from the previous year.
