Eastern Cape Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane welcomed Deputy President David Mabuza at Empekweni Beach Resort together with the Minister of Small Business Development, Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams and Members of the Eastern Cape Provincial Executive Council.

The Deputy President addressed the Informal Sector Symposium to coordinate key interventions that will stimulate and support rural and township economy through the implementation of empowerment models.
