Eastern Cape Premier, Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane addressed the Agri-EC Congress in Jeffrey's Bay recently. The congress touched on matters pertaining challenges facing farmers in the Eastern Cape, unemployment and much needed transformation in the farming and agriculture sector.
